OUR STORY

Systemantech began its full operation on January 1, 2007 and became one of the major players in IT Outsourcing Services in the field of Level 1, Level 2 support. In 2008, Systemantech expanded its operation by establishing support offices in Cebu and in Davao to support Visayas and Mindanao clients. In 2009, Systemantech adopted
ITIL best practices thru training and passing of the ITILv3 Foundation certification and establishing the Enterprise IT Management Department to provide solutions on Helpdesk System, Desktop Management System, Network Management System and Server and Applications Monitoring.
 
Systemantech continues to improve in order to attain its vision of being the preferred Managed Services and IT Management provider.

SMTi TLs along with ESG and HR Team shared the dynamic stories and insights that emerged, driving our teams toward new heights of excellence! This event was held last February 18, 2023 at The Linden Suites, Ortigas City.

Excel Training

Last June 21, 2023, we’ve unleashed the Power of Spreadsheets to Enhanced Productivity and Innovation of our Team, where skills flourish, efficiency soars, and the path to success is paved with newfound capabilities that elevates the workplace dynamics with the latest insights and triumphs from our immersive Excel training initiative. Facilitation by Ms. Karen Abegail Moldez, an excel training expert.

ITIL 4 Foundation-Standard Course

Another technical capability enhancement. Dive into the world of innovation, where skills are
honed, and the path to IT service mastery begins. Uncover the insights and triumphs as our
employees embark on a transformative journey towards ITIL 4 proficiency. This tech-agile is a 3-day learning session and held last August 2023.

Critical Thinking and Problem Solving Training

Last September 2023, two batches of a transformative journey were held by Mr. Roq Cleo, that transcend the participants conventional boundary, encouraging a profound shift in mindset. From unraveling complex scenarios to fostering innovation, our leaders are now more embraced to power of thoughtful analysis and strategic problem-solving.
